Meet Precious Gilliam
Born in Orangeburg, South Carolina and raised in Columbia, I bring discipline, precision, and heart into everything I do. After graduating from Richland Two Charter High School, I proudly served in the United States Marine Corps, an experience that shaped my work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.

Following my military service, I pursued my passion for beauty and hair care, becoming a Licensed Esthetician and later earning my Cosmetology License from Kenneth Shuler. My background allows me to blend technical skill with genuine care, ensuring each service is performed with professionalism and purpose.

Today, as the owner of Touched By Precious, I am dedicated to creating a welcoming space where clients feel heard, respected, and confident in the care their hair receives. My faith, family values, and entrepreneurial spirit continue to guide the way I serve my community.
